Enjoy the holidays with this traditional stuffing
I think that stuffing is my favorite holiday side. It has so many different components and herbs to it that just makes it overall so delicious and perfect with a vegan holiday roast.
It is honestly pretty easy to make and does not require too many ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 large day old loaf of bread (around 8 cups)
- 6 tablespoons vegan butter
- 1 medium-large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery stalks, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2-2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut loaf of bread into 1/2 cubes and add to a large bowl.
- Melt butter in a saute pan on medium heat. Add in chopped onion and celery. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Add onion and celery mixture to the bowl with the bread cubes. Mix in fresh herbs, salt and pepper, and vegetable broth. Gradually add in the broth. You want the bread to be wet but not soaked.
- Add to a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove foil and allow to cook for 15 more minutes.
- Serve!
