Allergy Friendly “Peanut” Tempeh

Allergy Friendly “Peanut” Tempeh

Using Sunflower Butter, you can create a delicious allergy friendly “peanut” tempeh. I honestly cannot believe that it’s taken me this long to finally try and create a Tempeh recipe on my blog!  As I’ve said before, I used to be weirded out by tofu. Now that I love tofu (and it shows with the amount of recipes on my blog for it), I decided that I would most likely also enjoy tempeh.  I knew at one point I wanted to make some type of “peanut” dish  – free of peanuts. So I felt like it would be a smart… View Post

Crispy Sesame Ginger Cauliflower

Crispy Sesame Ginger Cauliflower

Baked, Crispy Sesame Tofu Inspired by my Bang Bang Tofu recipe, I decided to switch it up but use Cauliflower instead of tofu as the base, and make a sesame sauce.  Who knew that baking your tofu in panko could actually be crispy and delicious? You definitely do not need to deep fry something to make it taste good.  I had such a good time whipping up this dish, inspired by my own past recipes. Not everyone likes tofu, and I wanted to be able to come up with a dish anyone could enjoy.  This is particularly delicious over some… View Post

Potato Nachos

Potato Nachos

A delicious take on nachos using potatoes! With Cinco De Mayo coming up, I wanted to create a fun recipe to make to celebrate the day (and help you carb up after those margaritas). I already have a nacho recipe on my blog, but I wanted to jazz it up and make a different variation of Vegan “nacho cheese,” and use potatoes in place of chips.  By using potatoes, it makes the dish healthier than deep fried chips. I also decided to do a combination of sweet and regular russet potatoes for variation. You could make this completely russet potatoes… View Post

Fresh Tomato Pasta Sauce

Fresh Tomato Pasta Sauce

A fresh and light take on marinara sauce   We are so close to tomato season I can taste it. While Fall is my favorite season, Summer produces the best produce in my opinion. Strawberries, Tomatoes, Peaches…All my favorites. To prep for this amazing produce season, I wanted to make this fresh AF tomato sauce for you guys. Nothing here is from a can or box, this is straight up fresh tomatoes. The best sauces to have.  Fresh sauces are the best for a few reasons…1. The taste is so much more pure 2. It takes 10x faster to make… View Post

Baked Bang Bang Tofu

Baked Bang Bang Tofu

A baked version of Bang Bang Tofu I love anything that is breaded in some panko and fried up! It’s a delicious way to eat vegetables, tofu…literally anything. However, let’s skip all that extra added oil and bake some panko breaded tofu.  It gives it a similar affect without all the extra fat. Genius, right?  This recipe came to me when I was brainstorming (like I usually do) different recipes to make for my blog. Tofu recipes are highly requested and I want to be able to fulfill that for you guys.  I thought this recipe would be super creative… View Post
