Welcome back to another day of what I ate! I spent this day doing a few recipe tests, so it was extremely nice to get back into the kitchen and get these recipes up for you guys!  I know you are enjoying my daily posts, but I also want to make sure to get in some recipe content for you guys!  Breakfast:  On days that I recipe test, I try not to eat a big breakfast. What I Ate: January 10th

Welcome back to January 10th of What I Ate!  I really liked my ideas of doing collages from my last post to show more of the process of cooking, so I am carrying that on to today!  Breakfast:  For breakfast this morning, I had avocado toast on Ezekiel bread with tomato & chickpeas! Welcome back to January 9th of What I Ate!  Breakfast:  For breakfast I made the PB Oats from my friend Ilene’s new cookbook The Colorful Kitchen.  Instead of PB, I used Sunbutter!  Morning Beverage:  To drink I had the Sencha green tea by Pique. Pique are tea crystals meaning that there is no tea bags required! You just add the tea crystals to your water and mix with a spoon. You instantly get the most flavorful cup of tea! I normally have it warm but this morning I was feeling some iced tea. If you want to try Pique, you… View Post

What I Ate: January 4th

Welcome back to my daily what I eat in a day posts! It was super snowy yesterday, aka a BLIZZARD, so I stayed inside and enjoyed everything from my comfort of my own home! Breakfast: 10:00am  I started my morning with a cup of matcha. My favorite matcha is from Amoda tea because there are a ton of different matcha blends as well as traditional Matcha. I love the Matcha Activate!  To make my matcha: 1 cup plant milk 1 tsp matcha  splash of maple syrup  cinnamon  (extras: ashwaganda, collagen -vegan, raw coconut butter, etc.)  I heat up the milk in… View Post
