Pumpkin Spiced Pancakes

Hello everyone! Back with another fall pumpkin recipe for you guys. This time we are making pumpkin spiced pancakes. A seasonal take on the traditional pancake recipe, but packed with flavor. These are also refined sugar, oil and gluten free. 


They are flavorful and full of that fall spice

Pumpkin Spiced Pancakes

A delicious Vegan pumpkin spiced recipe

  1. 1 cup gluten free flour (I like spelt)
  2. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  9. 1 tablespoon apple sauce
  10. 3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl
  2. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl
  3. Combine wet with dry and mix until combined
  4. Heat pan on medium high (If you don't have non stick you can use non stick cooking oil)
  5. Add batter and wait for bubbles to form on pancakes or until sides dry up before flipping
  6. Let other side cook, and repeat process depending on how much batter you have left
  7. Add as much syrup as you'd like and enjoy!
